* Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner

* Ability to effectively communicate,

* Dependable with strong attention to detail

* Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

* Ability to rotate shifts, as needed

Desired profile of Quality Analyst:

* Monitor calls as per the prescribed guidelines and as per the schedule

* Provide feedback to teams on the basis of their performance

* Conduct briefings for teams

* Conduct floor improvement activities on a regular basis

* Identify unethical practices/behavior and highlight

* Inputs to be provided to meet the operational goals

* Check development of agent and provide all updates
