Two day FDP on 3 D Printing By Expert Mr. Sahil Sharma Organized by Mechanical Engineering Department Venue: Computer Lab(Mechanical Dptt.) RIET, Jaipur on 29^thJuly, 2019

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, RIET, Jaipur organized a two day FDP on 3D Printing Delivered by Mr. Sahil Sharma and was attended by all the staff members of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engg., Electronics& Communication, Civil Engg. Deptt.

During the first session Mr. Sahil Sharma motivated and inspired the students towards the role and importance of engineers to society, personal, social, technical, emotional development of Faculties and how to tackle the difficulties of life also the advancement of 3 D Printing in the field of 3D Printing. Faculty got motivated by his speech and asked many questions about 3 D Printing.

The second session was all about the practical workshop of recent advancement in 3 D Printing to make the Faculties familiar with the recent and upcoming technical areas and scope of job, research opportunities in the field of 3 D Designing & Printing. He stressed over promoting the outcome based education in an institute by the faculties and management so that an overall development of a student can take place and student can become competitive and successful as per the requirement of changing market. He told that customer is sole origin of ideas that an engineer can harness into an invention. The session was very interesting and Faculties also queried their pros and cons regarding the advancement in 3D Printing technologies works in the segment of Designing.
