Welcome to the Department of Ph.D. The award of Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree is in recognition of high academic achievement , research and application of knowledge to provide the solution in the field of engineering and technology. Research Center in Engineering at Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology is approved by Research Board (Engineering) of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Streams in which Ph.D course is available are:

1. Computer Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
