ORIENTATION PROGRAMME “AARAMBH-2019” ON 19th, AUGUST, 2019
The Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology conducted its Orientation Programme ‘AARAMBH 2019’ for the freshers (1st year students of MBA, M.TECH & MCA) on 19th August, 2019.
On day this day ofthe Orientation Programme ‘AARAMBH 2019’, i.e. 19.8.19, the day started with Reporting and Assembling in the campus. All the new students collected in the auditorium for a full day session.
The inaugural function started with welcoming the freshers with greetings and Tilak. The Chief Guest of the event were Ku. Bheem Singh Ji Chairman RIET, Mr. Akhilesh Chandra, Director (Executive Program & Career Services) Taxila Business School, Principal RIET Dr Saroj Hiranwal along with Dean Academics, Prof Kapil Dev Sharma and Vice Principal RIET, Dr Sachin Sharma presided over the function. Chairman RIET motivated the students for focusing on hardwork and studying with full dedication.
Principal RIET Dr Saroj Hiranwal welcomed all the students and wished them all success in their new endeavor. She spoke in brief about the college and its curriculum. HOD MBA Dr Monika Shekhawat also spoke on the occasion and intimated all the students about their forthcoming academic session. She also spoke of the various activities that will take place subsequently in the educational session 2019.
The next session on this day was taken up by Mr. Akhilesh Chandra, he talked about the self management and its importance in ones life .
In the next session, students went to their respective departments for the introductory part of their academic session 2019-2020.
