We intend to recruit fresh engineers passing out in 2019. The selected candidates will be taken as “Trainee Engineer” apprentices for one year and with a commitment to join in full time employment on completion of Apprenticeship.
The selected candidates will be joining for training and apprenticeship of one year after completing their final exams. Tentative dates will be as follows:
1. Batch – 1 – Mid July 2019
2. Batch – 2 – Mid September 2019
3. Batch – 3 – Mid December 2019
4. Batch – 4 – Mid Feb 2020
The joining dates will be decided based on merit obtained in the campus recruitment test.
Eligibility:
1. B.Tech. students of 2019 batch from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Architecture streams.
2. Obtained Minimum 60% marks throughout in X, XII and in B.Tech/B.Arch.
3. Candidates with any backlog and / or gaps in B. Tech. are not allowed to sit in the campus drive, If found with Backlogs or gaps will be terminated even after employment and the retention surety amount will be retained by the company as training cost.
4. Company can transfer them to any branch location (e.g. Jaipur, Kolkata, Dubai, Houston, London, Abu Dhabi, etc. ) as per company’s business need.
Job Description:
1. Provide BIM (Building Information Modelling) services to architectural, Engineering & Construction Industry globally.
2. Prepare shop drawing
3. 3D BIM Coordination
4. Clash Resolution
5. Digital Prefabrication
The candidates selected for apprenticeship will have to execute a retention undertaking for a period of two years and deposit INR 50,000/- as surety. In case of those becoming unsuccessful or leaving within initial 15 days of apprenticeship will be refunded this amount else this amount will be retained by the company as training cost.
During apprenticeship training they will be given a stipend of Rs. 18000/- per month.
There will no statutory benefits like ESI & EPF given as they will be enrolled in BOPT for one year. If a candidate discontinues apprenticeship training he/she will not be paid the stipend for that month.
The candidates will be required to submit the following documents for BOPT registration at the time of final joining:
1. Scan of Provisional degree Certificate in pdf format and hard copy as well
2. Scan of Aadhar Card/PAN card in pdf format – Mandatory
3. Passport size photograph – soft copy size 200 kb maximum
