The Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology organizing a TEQIP-III RTU (ATU) sponsored two days workshop on “MANAGEMENT CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT” under the aegis of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota from 11/02/21-12/02/2021.

With the aim of providing quality technical education which may help Rajasthan in its technical development & boost technical environment in the country. During COVID-19 Pandemic, RTU organized various FDP’s, workshops, Webinars in online mode & also provide online classes for students. With the continuation of the same aim, RTU had permitted to organize two-day workshop on Management capacity development. Previously RTU had organized four Management capacity programme during Covid 19 Pandemic.

The workshop is targeted for the chairman, directors, principals, deans, hod’s & senior faculty members from AICTE approved institutions, persons from industry who are in leadership role.

Prof. Anoop Singh Poonia, Chairman RIET welcomed all the dignitaries & participants. He addressed about the main objective of the capacity building & training activities is to create, enhance & develop constituents’ capacity at country level to design, implement & supervise social protection & social security schemes. Capacity building is the process by which individuals & organization obtain, improve & retain the skills, knowledge, tool, equipment & other resources needed to do their jobs competently. He also thanked all the chairman’s, principals, directors, HOD’s, senior faculties & all internal & external participants for their kind support.
